Why Choose us Over a Timeshare Exit Company?
When it comes to getting out of a timeshare, who you trust to represent you makes all the difference. Unlike timeshare exit companies, a law firm provides you with licensed attorneys who can directly advocate for your legal rights. We have the authority to act as your Power of Attorney, which allows us to communicate with resorts, creditors, and even the courts on your behalf—something exit companies simply cannot do.
Many timeshare exit companies are operated by former timeshare salespeople. Too often, they make promises they cannot keep, leaving clients frustrated and still trapped in their contracts. In contrast, our work is grounded in law, not sales tactics. We rely on proven legal strategies—not empty guarantees.
Another important difference is cost. Despite offering fewer services and no legal standing, timeshare exit companies often charge more than a law firm. By choosing us, you get the protection, authority, and credibility of legal representation—usually at a lower price than the exit companies.
What is our goal?
Our goal is TO TERMINATE YOUR UNWANTED TIMESHARE. You have represented that you have paid off the timeshare and there is no mortgage. You will continue to have HOA assessments. It is ok if you are behind in the assessments. Since you have used your timeshare and enjoyed it, you will not be able to get a refund of any cash which you paid for the timeshare. There is no realistic secondary market for timeshares or for points. Our success rate for termination of timeshares that are completely paid off, with no mortgage, is very close to 100%. But if we cannot terminate your timeshare, we will refund all fees and costs which you have paid to us.
What does the Process involve?
Our first step is to write a letter to the timeshare owners’ association and inform them that we represent you. The association will then communicate with me as your lawyer. Our first objective is to prevent the association or collection agents from threatening and intimidating you. We will continue to communicate with the association and collection agents.
Contact us for additional information or fill out a form.
How much does it cost?
We Offer Free Consultations. Call or Text (846) 346-3688 or Fill Out the form to schedule a free consultation.
*Prices vary on a case per case basis and set forth in your agreement. Monthly payment options available.
Will I have to go to Court?
No. You understand that no lawsuit will be filed. Lawsuits are expensive and time-consuming and will significantly delay the termination process.
Should I keep making payments?
We recommend that you stop all payments of association dues. If you continue to make payments to the association, they will not have any reason to acquire your timeshare.
Will this affect my credit?
If your timeshare is paid for and you have no mortgage, your credit will not suffer. If you have paid for the timeshare with a credit card, you must continue to pay the card. If you choose to stop paying the card, it will hurt your credit.
How long will it take?
We hope to get your timeshare terminated in 12-24 months. But sometimes the process is delayed, in which case termination could take up to 3 years or more. The most common reason for delay is that the association may not need your timeshare points because they have a sufficient inventory of points. Also, the termination department can get extremely far behind due to the volume of terminations. No matter how long it takes, we will continue to work for termination. We will even represent you after the termination if you get a call in the future about the Timeshare.
