Attorney Sid Connor graduated summa cum laude from Bob Jones University in 1978 and earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 1982. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
Mr. Connor holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Peer Review Rating, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence in legal ability and ethical standards. For more than 43 years, he has been actively engaged in the practice of consumer law, representing individuals against corporate misconduct and deceptive business practices.
Mr. Connor has extensive experience in numerous areas of consumer protection, including timeshare termination, unfair trade practices, and contract litigation.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully terminated more than 1,000 timeshares involving all major timeshare developers as well as numerous independent resorts you.
Lawrence S. Connor V, J.D. earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2024 and holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, awarded in 2019. His professional experience spans multiple industries, including management, entrepreneurship, insurance, construction, and marketing.
While attending law school, Mr. Connor served as Vice President of the Charleston County Bar Association’s Student Division and participated in pro bono initiatives with the Charleston Housing Court and local public defense offices.
Mr. Connor began his legal career in 2022 as an extern with the Law Offices of Kelaher, Connell & Connor, P.C., under the mentorship of Attorneys Gene Connell, Lisa Poe Davis, and Sid Connor. He later gained additional experience as a paralegal with Cobb, Dill & Hammett, LLC in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he focused on criminal defense and personal injury matters.
For the past two years, Mr. Connor has served as a Law Clerk with Kelaher, Connell & Connor, P.C., where he works alongside his father, Attorney Sid Connor, advocating for consumers and litigating against timeshare and related corporate entities.
